Using Gabvia
You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not use Gabvia to harass, defraud, impersonate, distribute malicious content, or violate another person's rights.
Messages and privacy
You retain responsibility for content you send. Gabvia uses end-to-end encryption for private messaging where supported, and translation or transcription features may process content when you request them.
GAB POINTS and payments
GAB POINTS are in-app usage credits. Purchases are processed by third-party payment providers, are recorded after successful verification, and may be subject to provider terms, refunds, and applicable law.
Safety and enforcement
We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, compromise platform safety, or create payment or security risk. We may preserve necessary records for legal, fraud-prevention, and financial purposes.
